Has anyone ever tried these and gotten results?

In 2019 | was diagnosed with pcos and insulin resistance, as if that weren't devastating enough later that year my husband's semen analysis came back with 30% motility which is a bit low and 58% abnormal forms. Fast forward it has been 6 years we have both changed by loosing weight and investigating his medication prescribed and he stops taking those because they could affect sperm (and probably did) but still no baby at this point both of us being in our early thirties I feel like this is a last ditch effort and I would love to have feedback
