Some guidance.!

So I’m at 32wks&2days..I went to my Prenatal Care appointment and my provider is listening to baby’s heart for an extra long time then usually, she then says her heartbeat is irregular today maybe cause she was to active so she says, I’m immediately scheduled an fetal echo appointment for Monday. She did explain to me the good and the bad news of the results. She made me feel assured as to not really worry it might be nothing but she wants to be on the safe part and so do I. I told my self I won’t stress but all I’ve been doing is just thinking about since this morning after my appointment.:(
