Threatened abortion ( Miscarriage Risk)

Hi guys! This is my 3rd pregnancy and so far the hardest! I was in the hospital on 02/18 for bleeding and passing clots. Thankfully the baby was good and strong heart beat. I was told it was a peri gestational Hemmorage. Then Yesterday 02/26 around 12:30am I woke up to pee and felt a gush of liquid come out of me, it was a lot of blood. I sat on the toilet and felt something big come out. Could this have been a miscarriage of a twin and not have known ? I went to the ER and I was told my baby is fine , thank god! I was never told I was having two babies, so I’m just not sure if what I’m seeing in the picture is a fetus or just anxiety playing tricks . What do ya think? Has anyone gone through this before and the outcome be good? ( I am considered High risk since I had Gastric bypass surgery 7 months ago).
