Freaking out

Ok, I know I will be judge but I had sex the day my period started with a guy. It was light spotting that day & when I had sex I had some bleeding from the pressure. I got my period full blown the next day/day after and had it for almost two weeks. That is the longest I’ve ever had it in a while. The app says I’m now currently 4 days past the start of my period for this month. I had sex two weeks later after the above sex with a different guy. That sex was during my ovulation time, around the start of it. Can I be pregnant from sex the first time? Or could I be pregnant from the sex I had during ovulation? Or am I stressed and making myself late. I have an extremely stressful job as well! Haven’t been happy with it and just trying to get by. Idk what to do. My period also can be all over the place when it comes not consistent.
