Idk what to think 12dpo

I’m 12dpo today and was wondering is this a good sign or what? I felt sooo wet down there and felt like a glob of something was coming out. Felt like this for 3 days now. Me and bf just had sex so idk if it’s because of that or have anybody had this right before their BFP. I have also had symptoms. In the pic u can’t really see it’s a glob because of how it’s on the tissue. But to me it looks like a glob of snot more like egg whites stretchy like right before ovulation…cramping, vivid dreams,moody,emotional,fatigued as ever, headaches are just a few symptoms.also bloating is a main symptom. Have anybody else had this before. My period is due in Thursday
