So confused at 1 to 2 weeks being pregnant

Im 25f from the uk. I did a pregnancy test on 26 feb and once again on 28 feb, both pregnancy tests were positive. The one I done on 28 feb was a digital one and said I'm 1 to 2 weeks pregnant. However, I started bleeding on 1st March, it was quite light and I saw bright red blood. I did cramp quite alot, then next day I started having a full on period. It's 3rd March today and I'm still bleeding, and it feels like I'm having a period. It's not heavy right now.

I called nhs 111 on Saturday and they given me another number to call where I was told 1 to 2 weeks is not confirmed pregnant and advised me that I do another pregnancy test a week later after my period or the bleeding.

Today I have had my review for levothyroxine medication with the GP (I've got under active thyroid) and i was advised by the pharmacist to continue taking the 75mg and to also take a pregnancy test a week later..if it says pregnant then i need to come back. The man was reading off the Internet so it didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about. I think for now i won't continue taking 75mg until I actually confirm whether I'm not preg or not.

Then in the afternoon I get a call from early pregnancy clinic where I referred myself to the maternity clinic through my GP.

They advised that I go to the A&E while im still bleeding to find out if im still pregnant or if ive miscarried since its hard to tell when its 1 to 2 weeks...and also mentioned that I may not be seen for hours by the A&E. She even told me that if I don't go to the A&E (i don't have to) then I probably will have to wait 2-3 weeks and do another pregnancy to find out. When I called the 111 service on Saturday, the advisor said i most likely won't be seen since it's early stages. The woman from the clinic on the phone today explained that bleeding heavily or even having a period when you're 1 to 2 weeks pregnant is quite normal and people still are pregnant so it may not exactly be a loss. I was told that if I took a pregnancy test a week after this bleeding then it may still show pregnant and that's because my pregnancy hormones will still.be there so I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to do another test so that it's accurate.

My last period before I started on Saturday was on 22nd jan finished on 23rd...I was spotting as well those days because I had my smear test.

Im so confused, did this happen to anyone? And what happened?
