POS test

So today I got a positive pregnancy test and went right in to get bloodwork. I got my levels back and my hcg is only at 13. My last period was January 21st, and I’m not sure if my ovulation is accurate etc because I’m breastfeeding, my baby is 10 months old.

I did IVF for my last pregnancy, so I was surprised I was pregnant. I’m scared that this is going to end in another miscarriage. Hoping maybe I’m just earlier than I think? Any advice would be helpful!
