6 Week Ultrasound - Twins?

Had my first ultrasound today and my due date changed from LMP dating to how baby is measuring by 3 weeks. It was too early for the ultrasound tech to be able to determine or say much and have me coming back in 2 weeks. But the one picture I cannot figure out what all the little dots are? Twins?
