Subchorionic hematoma at 6 weeks pregnant

Hi everyone, I am 6 weeks pregnant and yesterday I was having cramps most of the day and then I found pinkish blood twice and again this morning. I was sent in for an early pregnancy ultrasound and the sonographer identified the pregnancy sac and the yolk sac but next to it see found an area of bleeding. I was told to monitor it and was sent home. Anyone had any experience with this? It is my first pregnancy and I am a bit concerned. It did not help that the sonographer was clearly having a bad day as she was quite rude, not even saying hello and barely speaking to me.
