Red flag?

This guy I’ve been talking to since December sent me his birth certificate, his license plates, his ID, insurance card, social security number (accidentally), filled out his portion on a marriage certificate in our state and stated “he’s waiting for me to fill out my portion”, bought rings and I’ve simply shown no interest in meeting, I fall asleep early to avoid talking on the phone, and all.

He’s obviously aware that I’m not interested in talking or wanting to meet up- I’ve made no efforts or shown interest, everything is purely on his part, and coming off as obsessed.

He texts me back to back to back, if I don’t respond, he’ll react to the messages that I send or he sent (iPhone thing).

Would I be the asshole to cut off communication?
