I'm 18 weeks pregnant and went to the urgent care yesterday, they are calling it a upper respiratory infection but said it could be pneumonia but can't X-ray with the pregnancy. They gave me an albuteral inhaler and antibiotic for possible uti (they had to send it out for testing..but had extra proteins and ketones in my pee?...anyway). I keep coughing and lots of congestion and body aches, slight fever. is there anything that's safe to take while pregnant that will actually help me? I'm using cough drops but it's not doing anything and the inhaler hasn't done anything to help me breathe either. Help :( sorry I type so much lol
