My Oura ring confirmed ovulation but the dip concerned me. I was hoping it would be more of a sturdy line

I don't know that doesn't really show ovulation to me.

You cannot confirm ovulation with bbt until after you’ve ovulated. You should track cervical mucus as well, and potentially accompanying LH tests but you’ll only know you ovulated with bbt/aura ring after it’s happened. Unfortunately it just can’t be predicted
