Hi! Need product recommendations for nipple cream. I’ve heard the two best are lanolin or earth mama which doesn’t have lanolin in it. Help please!

hi! (im in school for certified lactation counseling), i would definitely recommend using coconut oil, or you could also used your expressed breastmilk if you have any on hand. but in terms of a store bought cream i would go with the earth mama brand.

I like lanolin for when they’re really dry like after a shower. But earth mama is great for regular use and before pumping.

I used Lanolin. You can also use it as a lipbalm.
