Does anyone else's period?

My last period was on February 4th. I still havent gotten it this month yet..i was wondering if it has to do with February being a shorter month?

Probably so yes. You're still counting the days, not the days of the month. My period usually comes the middle of the month, just count how many days your cycle was from period start to period start again then compare from last month to now and you'll see around when you're supposed to start. My cycle is usually 26 days so I just use the app and count the days to make sure it's staying regular
