Help please - bbt charting and ovulation
Hi does this look normal / okay? Can you tell by the looks of it that I definitely ovulated? I confirmed it with opk results but been told bbt is the best non medical way to find out for sure.
Is there a certain pattern it should be going? If so am I following it? Should they be pairing up with the ones glow has predicted for the next few days?
It’s my first time tracking bbt and still trying to understand what it all means thank you. xx
