I'm so sick of hearing everyone telling me how my wedding should be, especially if they aren't pitching in any money. I just want a simple wedding. To be honest I wouldn't mind getting married in the court house if it wasn't for the both of us having big families. I think weddings are wonderful, and beautiful. However I don't believe in dishing out so much money in just one day, I could spend that on putting down for a house. It's not about a big fancy wedding and everything people try to make out of it. It's about two people who want to spend the rest of their lives together and making that commitment in front of family and close friends. It's about me and him spending our lives together forever, not a big show . Am I wrong for feeling this way?
