Bleeding?

Hey all, I found out on Wednesday I’m pregnant. my blood test on Friday showed I’m early still and have another test Wednesday next week. Thursday I had some light pink spotting… only had it for a little and then went away then Friday morning it was light red blood, didn’t even go on my underwear only when I would wipe with TP. Then it started slowing down Saturday and turned brownish and then stopped Saturday night. But now we are back to brown and very light again (not even leaking through a liner) should I be worried or is this normal? The nurse line told me not to worry as I don’t have cramping, or heavy red blood and no clots. any info?
