So confused.

I am new to this ovulation tracking. With the test and all. I took one last night and got a faint second line. And i took one this morning and got a faint line. Me and my SO planned on BD tonight. But when I took a test tonight I didnt have any second line. Faint or anything. Did I miss my chance. Ive been having mild cramping.
