Announcement gone ehhh…

So I decided to tell my boss I’m pregnant during our meeting. She was excited and asked when I was expecting and I told her since I may have days I’m feeling sick or appts. So one of my coworkers were somewhat close and I told her today over the phone and that’s when things kind of shifted… well at least that’s how I took it. Most times when you share things like that the first thing that comes out is “congratulations”. There were so many awkward silences during the call I just wanted to hang up. After maybe 5-10 minutes she finally said “well that’s good news” and goes on about how our manager need to hire somebody else to cover while I’m out. We’re a small team with a small work load and none of us are slammed with work. If anything we make good money for free! I don’t hang with her outside of work but she always wants me to walk with her for coffee or just take walks to talk about family/relationship problems or something idc about. But me being the person I am I always like to give positive advice and uplift people. How would you deal with this kind of person moving forward?
