TMI…Warning…Miscarriage.?

I already know I am miscarrying my baby and I am eating to get a D&C done. I went in for an ultrasound this morning because I thought I had passed the gestational sac a couple of days ago and it turns out that the sac and fetus pole are still intact so I got the D&C scheduled for Friday. However, I got home and went to go to the bathroom and felt something large come out of me…I don’t think this is the sac because I had no cramping or pain and I wasn’t bleeding super heavy nor was it gushing out of me but I just don’t know what to think.
