vulva varicosities.. who’s got em??

This is my third baby. I’ve had vulva variscosities (large, swollen veins on vagina) with all my pregnancy’s. It seems to be worse this time around!! What are y’all doing to relieve the pain? I had bought some kind of v2 support belt last time but it was so thick it wasn’t comfortable to wear with most clothes. Been thinking about trying a type of underwear I found on Amazon. I’m only 13 weeks 4 days and have such a long road ahead of me, I need to find something that works. I have two other kids and a puppy so I’m on my feet a lot. Laying down and sitting help but oh man does it hurt bad when I stand up!!!!
