One blocked nostril 👃 😭

I am currently 18 weeks and one of my nostril is blocked throughout the day for the past 2 days. At night it’s so hard for me to get rest since I’m trying to breathe through my nose only to get choked and wake up and realize my nostril is blocked. I’ve taken allergy meds and it does not help. It’s like my nostrils take turns playing block throughout the night. Please help me 😩
