I want to vent!!!! Please don’t be irritated at me for venting

Am so tired I want to give up,PCOS,insulin resistance,anovulation,stress,insomnia and more 😭😭😭ttc for almost three years now,not a single positive test result and it starting to feel my man has started losing interest in us, cd 42 or 43 no pregnancy no period just pure frustration,my period was supposed to be on 10th but nothing,my gynecologist/oby checked yesterday nothing,I did HCG blood test <2.0 UI/I which I also think it negative ,am on metformin,Ovusitol ,letrozol and magnesium still nothing am tired 😭😭😭😭 it so heartbreaking
