Pregnant?

Hey last month I had 2 periods not sure why so this month I was confused when i was ovulating. I’ve had unprotected sex a few times this month but my period was due 2 days ago and it’s still not here. I’ve tested and it’s negative but is it still too early? I’ve got antibiotics for a wee infection too but haven’t started them just incase I’m pregnant. But could the uti delay my period? I’ve had some mild cramping and feeling a bit sick. Praying I am 😩
