Miscarrying twins taking miso

We’ve wanted children for so long and are currently experiencing the worst loss so far. We finally had success and ended up pregnant with identical twins through IVF. Unfortunately our babies stopped developing and didn’t have a heartbeat. After multiple ultrasounds just to make sure it wasn’t somehow missed, I’m now having to take misopristol. I have been in pain for over 11 hours since taking it despite taking 800mg tablets of ibuprofen twice now. I’ve only passed a few clots and some blood but not as much as I expected and no tissue. I didn’t even have any bleeding in the first 5-6 hours. When I passed the first clot, both pills came back out with it. I will be picking up another dose of miso to take tomorrow, but I’m nervous I’m going to go through all of this and still have to get a D&C. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
