Silent Miscarriage??

About a month ago I was 26days late my period eventually came was normal lasted 5 days. Two weeks ago I started my period however there was no cramps usually I start cramping before the bleeding. The next day I woke up covered in blood as I have stood up I’ve noticed a big puddle of blood which was a red flag that never happens I began feeling week so I went to urgent care and I was given tranzemic acid to slow down the bleeding I continued to bleed for a total of 12 days and was still heavy even though the medication was supposed to work I still feel weak and still experiencing cramping and spotting could this be a sign of a silent miscarriage I’ve never had any issues with my cycle and I’m not on any contraceptive’s
