All the way off and confused I wonder what they may be

So back I. February of this year I was bleeding for like almost the entire month but it stopped. Thank god. I got it in like around the 22nd of February and according to my calendar that’s within my ovulation window. Now my aunt flow officially came down March 12th and it finished that Friday of March which was the 14th. I know it lasted 3 days because the next day which was a Saturday there was specks of blood when I wiped but no flow and it stayed like that. My ovulation window for the month of March was from the 19 until like the 25th the next day after ovulation I started spotting light again which this lasted for 3 days only. Thought I was going to get my period but it’s not due until the 1st full week of april. What could this be. I’m so confused and this hasn’t ever happen to me.
