So exhausted

Hey im 23+5 today and this week has been so exhausting. I have a 14 month old who is currently teething within a month he has 4 new teeth cutting through. And ive been doing overtime. I think ive either just burnt myself out, or pregnancy is just harder this time round. Its like first trimester sort of tiredness so feel low in mood. I had monday, tuesday and wedensday off work as had headache and too exhausted too move. And really wish i didnt have to go in today. Already looking forward to beginning of july for holidays and then maternity to start
