SCH at 9 weeks 3 days

Hello, I’m just looking to hear other mom’s stories with SCH

On 8 weeks 2 days I had very light brown discharge that lasted around 6 hours mostly when I wiped. I saw my doc the next day and she said everything looked ok and she wasn’t sure what’s the source of the bleeding was as there was nothing on the ultrasound, baby was good, cervix was firmly closed and high.

She cleared me to travel the next day so I did.

Yesterday at 9 weeks 3 days I started spotting again more than last time and more of watery liquid than creamy discharge so I went to a doc here she did an ultrasound and found a SCH 2.2 x 1.7 cm she said she’s not very worried as it’s not wrapping the sac, not too big and it’s already healing as it’s not completely dark black on the scan? She raised my dosage of progesterone to 30mg

I just have a lot of health anxiety and I am worried for the baby :( I know of the risks of miscarriages in early pregnancy had friends lose their babies early on very recently but it’s really tough not to get so attached to the life you’re creating and I really don’t want to go through that pain

I would appreciate if you could share your experiences
