Extremely sore boobs !!

So with the last 3 nights my boobs have been killing me with pain ! Pain to the point where of my partner even puts his hand lightly on them I start shouting in pain, noticed my boobs are itchy also, I’m on cycle day 44 (my periods are irregularr) I usually get sore boobs before AF but this pain is so different! I can’t lay down on my side it hurts, had to take off my bra today and wear a sporty type bra cause it was more comfortable I test April 1st with a 6 day early test and it was negative, I have one 6 day early test left.. when should I test??
