Suffering severe anxiety during pregnancy

I am suffering from severe anxiety with my 2nd. First pregnancy was fine but this is rough. I was on anxiety meds before and as soon as I found out I stopped my medication following doctors orders. Work had laid off 10% of my department the week before Christmas and I can't stop obsessing over it even though I was fine. I find that my thoughts wake me up at night, I'm having issues functioning, I'm obsessing over things and feel like I want to jump out of my skin. I'm only 12 weeks and have a ways to go. I've tried meditation, hobby's, etc. but nothing is helping. Any recommendations? I'm speaking with my doctor at my next appt but my family is afraid I'm going to have a heart attack ( figuratively speaking)
