Is this actually correct?!?!

Can anyone tell me if this is legit, bc this doesn’t seem right to me.. for reference i took this first response pregnancy test & it’s the dark pink cap (have heard these are unreliable?) and i’m confused because my period was late by a week had bad lower back ache, and brown spotting then after a week i started bleeding heavily (yesterday) and moderate bleeding today but i still don’t feel my usual period symptoms so i tested out of curiosity and this is what it shows… i just don’t get it 😵‍💫 help anyone 🥲
