Help!! Toddler twitching/seizure like activity??

*looking for advice* whilst we wait for our doctors app next week.

Has anyone else experienced this with their baby/toddler? Only started within the last week, my son has been twitching and jerking which actually wakes him up every 1 - 2minutes and it happens ALL night long until he wakes up in the morning, he’s also been holding his breath or stopping his breathing for about 10 seconds then wakes up gasping. These two videos are very mild ones but usually what will happen is his head and arms/legs all do a massive jerk and he will wake up gasping then get annoyed and upset then go back to sleep 🥺 im going to try and video it tonight. I asked a doctor at hospital the other day but she was useless and said just wait until you see your ent next and just seemed like she didn’t care. I do notice the jerking/twitching when he’s awake aswell if he’s sitting on me and I’m really watching him.

He is extremely exhausted everyday, I’ve never seen him be this tired or fatigued since he was born so I am worried obviously.

I would just like to hear stories or similar experiences and what was the outcome? He did fracture his skull a year and a half ago and had a bad traumatic brain injury with a hematoma on his brain so it could be a result of a long term delayed symptom 🤷‍♀️ I have no idea.
