Perimenopause or stress?

So just under 7 months ago I found out that my husband was addicted to porn it's been 7 months of hell for me struggling with betrayal trauma (basically PTSD) anyway he's almost 7 months sober I am 35 he is 36 my periods have been going crazy now I have wanted another baby for so long he dosn't (one thing that destroyed me about my discovery that he turned down sex with me and then went to watch pregnant porn 10 minutes later 💔) anyway I started bleeding a week early this month very very light but has been for 3 days now (some months I've bled late some have been heavy some really light previous to all this my periods were regular) I'm so confused I have so many things going through my head evary day and this is just adding to it 😔 feel like I am going crazy I have lost almost 5 stone very quickly too due to the trauma
