I think I broke my cheekbone

How can I tell without X-ray lol it’s still sore and I fell Wednesday April 9th at work. I fainted and fell on my face on a very hard floor. Afterward it was really sore and swollen but not really bruised maybe because I was so pale the next day it was worse I didn’t get a black eye thankfully but sometimes when I’m talking or when I yawn I get a shooting pain in my face. It’s still very sore. I really just don’t wanna go to the hospital. I’m 7 weeks pregnant btw
