When did I most likely ovulate?

So I put my positive ovulation test in the app (10th April @1pm) then when I got a negative the next day (11th April 10.30am) I put that into the app too and its predicted my ovulation day as the day I got my positive LH on 10th April, but I thought you ovulate the day AFTER positive ovulation test which would of been the 11th the day I got the negative LH? I’m confused!!!!!!

Originally my ovulation day was predicted as the 11th which should be correct I don’t know why it’s changed it ?
