Sleep without CIO
Hi - I’m looking for resources that can help my 10m old take a nap but not have her cry it out. I’m desperate at this point. She sleeps just fine at night. I lay her down & she’s never cried. But naps are totally different. She refuses to nap on her own. I’m really losing my mind, feeling like I’m drowning sometimes.
