Teething at 4 months?

Question

Can my baby be teething at 4 months? She’s extremely fussy, very hard to put to sleep after crying so loud with tears in her eyes, chewing on her hands a lot and drooling a lot. Is that normal? If so, what can I do to help her feel better?

This happened to both my babies but my daughter didn’t break her first to until closer to 6 months. And same for my son his first at 4 and 1/2

All sounds normal for 4m. There’s a four month sleep regression thanks to a big growth spurts/leap.
Teething is possible at 4m but this just sounds developmentally on track.
