Vaginal swelling

So I’ve just had my period and I always get a sore vagina from the sanitary pads rubbing so this time I applied some sudocrem. The day after I applied it though I noticed I had pain, sort of feeling like my vagina had swelled and I felt a bit of pressure (on my left side).Yesterday I started with groin pain on my left side and it’s tender to touch but can’t see any swelling on my groin. It sort of feels like I’ve pulled a muscle. I’ve also looked down below using a mirror and can see that it’s swollen on the left side. There’s nothing sticking out or anything so it can’t be a prolapse?

I’ve googled about using sudocrem on the vagina and it’s saying you shouldn’t?! Could all this be caused from me using sudocrem in that area?😬 Will it go away on its own?
