Basal temps and OPKs
This is my first month taking my temp every day and I've been trying to do more research to figure it all out but I think I also need more months of testing to know what is normal for my body. What I wanted to ask though is what other people experienced.
I had a +OPK on Friday and very egg white CF however my temp hasn't increased as I've read it's supposed to. I was expecting it to this morning.
What I wanted to see is how long after a +OPK did it take for your basal temp to increase?!
