Teething? Or sick?

My 10 months old has had a raised temp (99.5-100.3, hasn’t crossed the 100.4 to be considered a fever) and has just been more clingy, fussy last night and today, not anything too drastic. As soon as she picked up she’s happy again. She’s refusing solids but is still nursing and doing so more frequently. She slept fine last night and has napped without issue. She has not other symptoms of being sick. I can’t get a good look in her mouth to check her gums but that’s the only thing I think it could be. Is there anything else going around that I could be missing or is it likely just teething?
