Last pregnancy ended in miscarraige

My last pregnancy i ended up miscarrying at 10 weeks. So of course, this time around i have been filled with anxiety and looking every time i wiped scared i would start bleeding. Well, that actually happened last night as i started bleeding and bleed a little through the night. Bright red blood, everytime i went to the bathroom it was coming out of me but only a few drops on a pad. This morning i went to the ER, expecting the worst. Ended up being a subchorionic hemorage and baby is growing great at 7 weeks and 2 days heart bpm is 106 and my hcg levels were over 78,000. So to mamas out there scared of bleeding, know bleeding doesnt always mean the worst and baby can be fine!!🤞🏼
