TTC Help

Hi, currently been trying to conceive on and off with my husband who’s in the military. This is the 3rd month we’ve tried (all together they have been separated by at least 3 months at a time since he’s in a different state). First 2 times we weren’t successful and now this time I don’t want to get my hopes up since I might have Bacterial vaginosis and I also just got diagnosed with strep throat yesterday. I’ve been tracking my ovulation and my temps are high and it says I’m currently in my peak LH surge, but the last time we had sex was the 19th. My temperature today and yesterday were high because I had a fever. My period was April 8-13th and we had sex multiple times from the 11th-19th. Could I possibly get pregnant this month? Or should I just push it off considering I’m sick and might have BV and I traveled with a time change. Please give opinions!
