So I have a thermometer to check for ovulation I just don’t know how to really use it lol. Like what temperature does it have to be at to indicate ovulation? 😰😰 sorry for the dumb question😅😅

Do you have a basel thermometer or a regular thermometer? You need a basel thermometer to track BBT. You test from end of period till next period begins, temping vaginally is more accurate. Set an alarm so you temp at same time each day. There is not a specific temperature you need to reach. You look for a 3 day temp rise that is higher than the previous 6 temps. Using opks helps pinpoint LH surge.

You take the temp upon waking up, same time every day, before moving/getting out of bed. You log every day and look for a sustained shift up in temps
