Pregnant after MC or left over tissue??

I had a miscarriage that started on 3/25 at 4 weeks pregnant HCG 92. On 3/28 my HCG was 65. On April 4th I passed the pregnancy tissue but continued on and off bleeding . Got the verbal okay to basically do whatever sex and ttc without being seen. My husband and I haven’t really been paying attention honestly. BD 4/13 and spotting started again. 4/18 positive ovulation and bd the 18th and 20th. No bleeding 4/21-4/22 mild cramping that got heavier and I figured it was my period. Passed a small amount of tissue like so small and then the bleeding stopped. But I have strong pregnancy tests. The strip is from 4/18 that looks pretty negative to me… the other tests were 4/24. Is this left over tissue? Possibly pregnant? Period? Has this happened to anyone. I’m so lost. And I STILL haven’t been able to see an OB I need a referral which I’m not being provided.
