When you wake up in the middle of the night and decide to roll over but you have to do a million things in order to do it. You decide you don't have to pee first so you start the rolling over process, which for me is switching which leg is under my body pillow and fixing the blanket, then 10 minutes later when you're done rolling over and get into a comfortable spot, you realize you have to pee and now you have heartburn.
