Chemical pregnancy/ missed miscarriage

I didn’t know that I was pregnant, I thought my period was late like the usual due to my irregular periods. The symptoms I was getting was my boobs we’re sensitive and heavy. That I was craving food and sleeping a lot but I was in denial of being pregnant I took many test it all came back negative until my doctor blood hcg test came back positive with a low hcg because I had previous miscarriages in 2023 and we’ve been trying and nothing happened. I feel regrets I should’ve done something before precaution but I didn’t know I was pregnant or not because it was like pms symptoms alike. I didn’t drink or anything. Now I am hurt and I want a baby so bad 😭 my doctor will call me tomorrow what to do next.
