Worried sorry tmi

So l ovulated on the 19th or this month exactly 7 days later just this past Saturday I started spotting brown I was only seeing it and still only seeing it when I wipe I have cramps mild and a horrendous lower backache since yesterday so I went to use the restroom and this is what I saw no blood around it or anything just that alone my period is suppose to be here on the 3-5 of May.. what does everyone think?
