First time trying to conceive... HELP!
I found out I had PCOS about a year ago and have recently changed my diet after the holidays to help with weight loss and the possibility of conceiving. My husband comes back from his deployment in 19 days and we decided we want to try to conceive. What should be my first steps? Also I'm moving and don't have a obgyn to go to in my new state yet!
