Exercise/Eating Well Accountability
Hi ladies, first off congratulations! I'm beyond excited about my little raspberry that's growing and developing away! This is my second child (my daughter will be 8 in Feb) and my husband and I are so excited to add the final piece to our family that will be joining us in August! ❤️
That being said I've lost over 200lbs over the last 6 years and I'm determined not to derail. I'm completely okay with gaining some but just want to ensure I'm still exercising (if my body allows me to) and eating relatively healthy. I try to live 80/20. Anyways just wondering if any of you ladies would like to join a little Facebook group, where we can share meal/snack ideas, share what we did for working out and talk and vent about our newest little additions to be as well as our families.
